Our Mission

Our Mission is to support people in their time of crisis before they become homeless, as well as supporting those who are experiencing homelessness into safe accommodation. In recent years we identified that new solutions would be required to best meet the needs of our clients.

Our Service has now developed into an assessment and intervention hub. Our focus is therefore on targeted interventions to address housing needs whilst simultaneously providing support to address the underlying causes of homelessness.

Our Vision has always been for a community where no one is left without a home, where people are enabled to make the choices that are right for them through the support, information, advice and guidance Spires provides. We strive to keep individuals off the streets being supported into or maintaining accommodation, keeping the community a safer place.

We pride ourselves on being the first point of call for many people in need of support, creating a welcoming & safe environment for all with the ultimate aim being to help those who come to us to move away from their lives of distress to a brighter future of greater stability.
